Specialist Memory Clinic (SMC) - RJH Victoria

A comprehensive cognitive service for people with memory concerns and/or dementia.
The SMC enables better management of neurocognitive disorders, facilitated through streamlined diagnosis protocols, comprehensive cognitive assessments and multi-disciplinary team care planning and intervention.

If general geriatric medical concerns OR psychiatric/behavioural concerns are primary focus, referrals will automatically be redirected to Seniors Outpatient Clinic Geriatric Medicine or Geriatric Psychiatry.
NOTE: The SMC is embedded with the Seniors Outpatient Clinic.
